Shirdi Sai Jalaram Mandir (SSJM) is a non-profit organization incorporated in July 2002 in the state of Texas. The aim of this religious organization is to provide spiritual service activities related to the promotion of philosophy of two spiritual giants of India:
Sri Sai Baba of Shirdi, a great mystic and God Realized person who lived in India during the early 20th Century.
Sri Jalaram Bapa of Virpur in Gujarat. Through this religious center, we intend to reach several people who also believe and practice their philosophy of human love and spirituality that would directly improve our understanding and promote world peace. Our ultimate goal is that each of us enriches our lives through spiritual living and promotes communal peace.
Sri Sai Baba of Shirdi, a great mystic and God Realized person who lived in India during the early 20th Century.
Our Mission & Vision
The non-profit organization called Shirdi Sai Jalaram Mandir is to be incorporated in Harris County in the state of Texas. The aim of this religious organization is to provide spiritual service activities related to the promotion of philosophy of Sri Sai Baba of Shirdi in India. Sri Sai Baba is great mystic and God Realized person who lived in India early 20th Century. He promoted universal God, love towards humanity and practiced his principles through simple communal living and social service. Through this religious center, we intend to reach several people who also believe and practice his philosophy of human love and spirituality that would directly improve our understanding and promote world peace.
There has been a growing awareness of this religious center in Houston for the past 5-6 years. Shirdi Sai Jalaram Mandir from here onwards will be governed as an independent body and provides a diverse range of religious and social service activities Following are some of the activities already in progress:
